What is the Diamond Preview?

During the Diamond Preview, all Diamond and above members will be given exclusive access to the new YL Gear items launching at the VIGC.

When is the Diamond Preview?

The Diamond Preview is on Wednesday, June 16, from 1−4 p.m., MT.

How do I log in to the Diamond Preview?

Please visit https://younglivinggear.com/diamond-preview.html. If you have a YL Gear account, log in using your current email and password.

If you do not have a YL Gear account, log in using the email you used to register for the VIGC and your member number for the password. If you need password assistance, please contact YL Gear Customer Service, or reset your password online.

Free Shipping

How do I qualify for free shipping?

You qualify for free shipping on one YL Gear order when you register for the 2021 Virtual International Grand Convention (VIGC).

What code do I need for free shipping?

At checkout, use your VIGC confirmation number as the discount code and select free shipping.

Is there free shipping for international orders?

Yes, free shipping is offered to all markets. Please note that members are responsible for paying all duties and taxes.

How long is free shipping available?

This free shipping promotion will run from Wednesday, June 16, to Saturday, June 19.

How do I get free shipping if I have already placed an order?

General FAQ's

Can I make YL Gear purchases directly through the Young Living website and/or the Virtual Office?

At this time, YL Gear purchases are processed through a different warehouse and system than Young Living products, so they must be ordered through a separate system.

Is my sign-in for YL Gear the same as my Young Living Virtual Office sign-in?

No, you will have a separate sign-in for all YL Gear purchases.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders ship in 3–5 business days.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. For more information on shipping times, please contact YL Gear customer service.

Is there any PV attached on YL Gear items?

No, there is no PV on YL Gear items.

Can I use my Essential Rewards (ER) points on YL Gear items?

No, ER points cannot be used to purchase YL Gear items.

How are the shirts sized?

Each apparel item is sized a little differently. Please see the size guides for measurements on each individual item.

Can I return clothing that doesn’t fit?

Yes, please see the YL Gear return policy page for restrictions and details.

An item is out of stock, will it be back?

All YL Gear items are available for a limited time only. Once items are sold out, a new design is created. Get your gear while it’s here!

From where does my order ship?

All YL Gear orders ship from Utah.

International Shipping

Can I ship my YL Gear order outside the U.S.?

Yes, you can ship your order worldwide.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 5–6 business days. Shipping will take 1–3 weeks, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Due to COVID-19, international orders are not guaranteed.

Am I responsible to pay duties and taxes for my shipment?

Yes, all duties and taxes need to be paid for by the recipient.
